These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the nutristar platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or using any services on this website.

As a registered user of nutristar, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

5. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on nutristar are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. The platform does not accept payments from third-party accounts unless expressly authorized through the account verification process.
Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly after the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes described in the platform's help documentation. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any pending verification requirements on your account.
nutristar does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. Any bonuses, promotional credits, or adjustments to your account balance are subject to any applicable conditions communicated at the time they are issued. nutristar reserves the right to reverse transactions found to be erroneous or made in connection with prohibited activity.

6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
nutristar provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the platform makes reasonable efforts to ensure uptime and accuracy, it does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. nutristar is not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, delayed transactions, or technical malfunctions outside its reasonable control.
All gaming outcomes on the platform are determined by certified random number generation or live dealer processes, as applicable. nutristar does not guarantee specific outcomes and accepts no liability for wagering losses incurred through normal platform use. In the event of closure for a breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation and will only be released if the account is cleared of wrongdoing.
Users who wish to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal to the account holder's verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

The updated terms will take effect from the date published on this page. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the nutristar support team shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.
